• 8+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or school district leadership.
• Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar SaaS projects.
• Deep understanding of K-12 education systems, funding cycles, and decision processes.
• Excellent executive presence and communication; comfortable with C-level audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Own the health, success, and commercial outcomes for all districts in the regional Pod.
• Build and maintain trusted-advisor relationships with senior district leadership.
• Lead the Impact Pod; set goals, plan collaboratively, remove obstacles, ensure efficiency.
• Mine for issues, track early-warning signs, and mitigate problems.
• Demonstrate ROI of Amira through Executive Business Reviews and strategic check-ins.
• Own the pod's revenue retention targets (GRR and NRR) and renewal strategy.
