Job summary

The Renaissance Network is supporting Amira Learning in recruiting an Impact Director who will serve as the strategic leader and GM for a portfolio of school districts in the mountain region. This senior role drives district health, engagement, and revenue outcomes while guiding an Impact Pod and aligning executive stakeholders.

Expect ~50% travel and residency in NM, ID, ND, CO, UT, NV, WY, MT, or AZ. The candidate brings 8+ years in customer success or district leadership, deep K-12 knowledge,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or school district leadership.
• Proven track record of managing and growing a multi-million-dollar SaaS project.
• Deep understanding of K-12 education systems, funding cycles, and decision processes.
• Exceptional executive presence and communication skills; comfortable with C-level audiences.
• Strong leadership; experience managing a team.
• Regional educator network at the C-suite level.
• 50% travel required.
• Live in the territory NM, ID, ND, CO, UT, NV, WY, MT, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Account Leadership: Own health and outcomes for districts within the regional Pod and develop long-range strategic plans.
• Executive Partnership Management: Build trusted relationships with senior district leadership.
• Pod Leadership & Management: Lead the Impact Pod with clear goals and collaborative planning.
• Risk Mitigation: Track early-warning signs and proactively address issues.
• Value Realization & ROI: Demonstrate ROI to stakeholders via reviews and check-ins.
• Commercial Ownership: Own GRR/NRR targets and renewal strategy with stakeholders.
• Voice of the Customer: Advocate for districts to inform Amira's product and strategy.
