Job summary

United Way of Central Indiana seeks a Research Analyst for the Technology and Business Intelligence Team to guide data collection, reporting, and evaluation practices for partner organizations. You will train non-profit executives and staff to enhance data collection and outcomes reporting, and serve as liaison to external partners.

You will support the Community Engagement Data Initiative, provide data coaching, and develop training content to advance UWCI's impact storytelling and strategic

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred.
2-3 years of relevant data collection, reporting, or program evaluation experience.
Strong analytical, communication, and training skills.

Responsibilities

Support and manage partner non-profits in the Efforts to Outcomes (ETO) database.
Create external reports and coordinate with executives and staff on data needs.
Lead data training sessions and buildout discussions with partners.
Prepare large datasets for research projects and ensure data quality.
Provide one-on-one data coaching and coordinate community trainings.
Assist with program evaluation and data analysis for UWCI initiatives.
