Job summary

United Way of Central Indiana is seeking a Manager of AI and Software Solutions to lead AI adoption and administer core Microsoft 365 tools and SharePoint sites. The role supports training, documentation, and governance across the organization to improve efficiency and adoption of AI-powered and collaborative software.

The position emphasizes cross-team collaboration, vendor coordination, and ensuring data integrity while staying current with technology trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in information technology, computer science, business, information systems, or a related field.
• 2–4+ years of experience supporting and administering business applications, software platforms, or technology systems.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration tools required.
• Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar) preferred.
• Experience administering project management platforms (Asana or similar) preferred.
• Microsoft 365 certifications preferred.
• Experience working with technology vendors, software implementations, or system administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI adoption initiatives and train staff on AI tools and best practices.
• Provide software support and develop user documentation and knowledge base.
• Create and maintain Teams and SharePoint sites, including permissions and organization.
• Administer Asana including user access, templates, workflows, and adoption support.
• Maintain inventory of technology tools, contracts, renewals, and vendor relationships.
• Monitor and improve software governance and data integrity.
