Job summary

United Way of Central Indiana is seeking a Research Analyst to join the Technology and Business Intelligence Team. You will administer the Efforts to Outcomes (ETO) system for 30+ partner organizations and produce analyses that inform impact and community needs.

You will design training content, coordinate cohorts, and collaborate with executives and program staff to improve data collection and reporting practices. This role emphasizes data storytelling and value-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of relevant data collection, reporting, or program evaluation experience.

Responsibilities

• Support data collection, reporting, and analysis for UWCI programs and initiatives.
• Lead training sessions and coordinate data coaching for non-profit partners.
• Develop and deliver data-driven insights to inform grantmaking and program strategy.
• Maintain and train on ETO database for partner organizations.
