Responsibilities span data collection, analysis, reporting, and visualization, with a focus on governance, privacy, and ethical data use.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics or related field.
• Experience with data analysis, interpretation, and reporting.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
• Experience with databases or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and maintain data from multiple sources.
• Manage and document datasets for accuracy and usability.
• Support data governance, privacy, and ethical data use.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses across programs, fundraising, engagement, and operations.
• Apply statistics to evaluate program effectiveness and inform improvements.
• Develop rubrics to support evaluation and assessment.
• Design and analyze surveys to assess performance and needs.
• Review internal and external studies to provide recommendations.
• Create dashboards and reports for diverse audiences, translating findings into narratives.
• Ensure reports are timely, accurate, and aligned with goals.
• Collaborate with departments to translate questions into analytical approaches.
• Present insights via reports, decks, and presentations.
• Foster a data-informed decision-making culture.
