Job summary

Incyte Corporation is seeking an Immunology Therapeutic Specialist to drive performance in a defined territory by developing strong customer relationships and delivering clinically relevant product education. You will execute a strategic business plan and coordinate with Medical Affairs, Market Access and Patient Services to support patient access and education.

The role requires deep disease state knowledge, strong communication skills, and experience in complex specialty markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in life sciences or related field.
• Proven success in pharmaceutical or biotech sales within a complex environment.
• Experience in dermatology, immunology, or complex specialty markets preferred.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex data.
• Matrixed organization experience and strategic selling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan to achieve or exceed performance goals.
• Build meaningful, trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and other key stakeholders.
• Educate customers on disease state, clinical data, product benefits, and appropriate use of Incyte therapies.
• Identify, prioritize, and engage key accounts and stakeholders across the territory.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the disease state, treatment landscape, competitive environment, and evolving treatment guidelines.
• Partner cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Services, and other internal stakeholders to support customers and patients.
• Effectively navigate patient access and reimbursement considerations within a complex specialty market.
• Operate with the highest level of integrity and ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and compliance guidelines.
