Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in life sciences or related field.
• Proven success in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, specialty sales, or related healthcare experience.
• Experience in dermatology, immunology, specialty biologics, or another complex specialty market is strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information clearly.
• Demonstrated success in a complex selling environment within a matrixed organization.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to think strategically, adapt quickly, and execute in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan to achieve or exceed performance goals.
• Build meaningful, trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and other key stakeholders.
• Educate customers on disease state, clinical data, product benefits, and appropriate use of Incyte therapies.
• Identify, prioritize, and engage key accounts and stakeholders across the territory.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the disease state, treatment landscape, and guidelines.
• Partner cross-functionally to support customers and patients.
• Navigate patient access and reimbursement considerations within a complex market.
• Operate with integrity and ensure compliance with company policies.
