Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; life sciences preferred.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech or related healthcare sales.
• Dermatology/immunology or complex specialty market experience preferred.
• Ability to convey complex scientific information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan to achieve performance goals.
• Build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
• Educate customers on disease state, clinical data, product benefits, and proper use of Incyte therapies.
• Identify, prioritize, and engage key accounts and stakeholders across the territory.
• Maintain deep knowledge of disease state, treatment landscape, and guidelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Patient Services.
• Navigate patient access and reimbursement considerations in a complex specialty market.
• Operate with integrity following company policies and compliance guidelines.
