Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field required.
• Proven pharma/biotech sales experience in a specialty market.
• Experience in immunology, dermatology, or complex biologics preferred.
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to communicate complex science.
• Successful track record in selling in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan.
• Build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
• Educate customers on disease state, data, benefits, and product use.
• Identify key accounts and engage stakeholders across the territory.
• Maintain knowledge of disease state, landscape, and guidelines.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Patient Services.
• Navigate patient access and reimbursement in a complex market.
