Job summary

Incyte seeks an Immunology Therapeutic Specialist to drive performance in an assigned territory by building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and delivering clinically relevant product education. This role requires strategic planning and execution in a complex specialty market.

You will collaborate across Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Patient Services to support patient access and education, while maintaining high integrity and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; life sciences or related field preferred.
• Proven success in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, specialty sales experience or related pharmaceutical/healthcare experience.
• Experience in dermatology, immunology, specialty biologics, or another complex specialty market is strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical acumen and the ability to understand and communicate complex scientific information.
• Demonstrated success in a complex selling environment within a matrixed organization.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to think strategically, adapt quickly, and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan to achieve or exceed performance goals.
• Build meaningful, trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and other key stakeholders.
• Educate customers on disease state, clinical data, product benefits, and appropriate use of Incyte therapies.
• Identify, prioritize, and engage key accounts and stakeholders across the territory.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the disease state, treatment landscape, competitive environment, and evolving treatment guidelines.
• Partner cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Services, and other internal stakeholders to support customers and patients.
• Effectively navigate patient access and reimbursement considerations within a complex specialty market.
• Operate with the highest level of integrity and ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and compliance guidelines.
