Job summary

Incyte is seeking an Immunology Therapeutic Specialist to drive performance in a strategic territory plan, building trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; life sciences or related field preferred.
• Proven success in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, specialty sales, or related healthcare experience.
• Experience in dermatology, immunology, or other complex specialty market preferred.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information.
• Demonstrated success in a complex selling environment within a matrixed organization.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to think strategically, adapt quickly, and execute in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan to achieve or exceed performance goals.
• Build meaningful, trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and other key stakeholders.
• Educate customers on disease state, clinical data, product benefits, and appropriate use of Incyte therapies.
• Identify, prioritize, and engage key accounts and stakeholders across the territory.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the disease state, treatment landscape, and evolving guidelines.
• Partner cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Services, and other internal stakeholders to support customers and patients.
• Effectively navigate patient access and reimbursement considerations within a complex specialty market.
• Operate with the highest level of integrity and ensure activities comply with policies and guidelines.
