Job summary

Incyte Corporation is seeking an Immunology Therapeutic Specialist to drive performance in a targeted territory by building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and delivering education on immunology therapies.

You will collaborate across Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Patient Services to support patient access and education, while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of disease states and guidelines. Travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in life sciences or related field.
• Proven success in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or specialty sales.
• Experience in dermatology/immunology or complex specialty markets preferred.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information.
• Demonstrated success in a matrixed organization.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan to achieve or exceed performance goals.
• Build meaningful, trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and other key stakeholders.
• Educate customers on disease state, clinical data, product benefits, and appropriate use of Incyte therapies.
• Identify, prioritize, and engage key accounts and stakeholders across the territory.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the disease state, treatment landscape, and guidelines.
• Partner cross-functionally to support customers and patients.
• Navigate patient access and reimbursement considerations within a complex market.
• Operate with integrity and compliance with company policies.
