Job summary

Incyte Corporation is seeking an Immunology Therapeutic Specialist to drive performance in a designated territory by developing strong relationships with healthcare professionals, delivering clinically relevant product education, and executing a strategic plan.

You will work in a complex specialty environment, partnering across Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Services, and other functions to support patient access and education, while staying current on disease state, data, and evolving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; life sciences or related field preferred.
• Pharmaceutical/healthcare sales experience in a complex specialty market.
• Experience in dermatology or immunology is strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information.
• Proven success in selling within a matrixed organization.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan to achieve or exceed performance goals.
• Build meaningful, trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and other key stakeholders.
• Educate customers on disease state, clinical data, product benefits, and appropriate use of Incyte therapies.
• Identify, prioritize, and engage key accounts and stakeholders across the territory.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the disease state, treatment landscape, competitive environment, and evolving treatment guidelines.
• Partner cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Services, and other internal stakeholders to support customers and patients.
• Effectively navigate patient access and reimbursement considerations within a complex specialty market.
• Operate with the highest level of integrity and ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and compliance guidelines.
