Job summary

Incyte in the United States seeks an Immunology Therapeutic Specialist to drive performance in an assigned territory by building strong customer relationships and delivering education on disease state and product benefits. You will partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Patient Services to support patient access and education while navigating reimbursement considerations in a complex specialty market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in life sciences or related field.
• Proven success in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or specialty sales.
• Experience in dermatology/immunology or complex specialty markets preferred.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan to achieve or exceed performance goals.
• Build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
• Educate customers on disease state, clinical data, product benefits, and appropriate use of Incyte therapies.
• Identify, prioritize, and engage key accounts and stakeholders across the territory.
• Maintain deep knowledge of disease state, treatment landscape, and guidelines.
• Partner cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Patient Services to support customers and patients.
• Navigate patient access and reimbursement considerations in a complex specialty market.
• Operate with integrity and comply with company policies.
