Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; life sciences or related field preferred.
• Proven success in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or specialty sales experience.
• Experience in dermatology, immunology, or complex specialty markets preferred.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information.
• Demonstrated success in a matrixed organization with complex selling.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic thinker who can adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan to meet or exceed goals.
• Build meaningful relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
• Educate customers on disease state, data, product benefits, and appropriate use of Incyte therapies.
• Identify and engage key accounts and stakeholders across the territory.
• Maintain knowledge of disease state, treatment landscape, and guidelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Patient Services.
• Navigate patient access and reimbursement within a complex market.
• Operate with integrity and comply with company policies.
