Job summary

Incyte Corporation is seeking an Immunology Therapeutic Specialist to drive performance in your assigned territory, building meaningful relationships with healthcare professionals and delivering education on disease state, clinical data, and Incyte therapies.

You will develop and execute a strategic territory plan, work cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Patient Services to support patient access and education, and travel as required in a dynamic, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; life sciences preferred.
• Proven success in pharma/biotech or specialty sales.
• Experience in dermatology, immunology, or complex markets preferred.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to convey complex scientific information.
• Success in a matrixed, complex selling environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic thinker who adapts quickly and executes in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan to achieve or exceed performance goals.
• Build meaningful, trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and other key stakeholders.
• Educate customers on disease state, clinical data, product benefits, and appropriate use of Incyte therapies.
• Identify, prioritize, and engage key accounts and stakeholders across the territory.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the disease state, treatment landscape, competitive environment, and evolving treatment guidelines.
• Partner cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Services, and other internal stakeholders to support customers and patients.
• Effectively navigate patient access and reimbursement considerations within a complex specialty market.
• Operate with the highest level of integrity and ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and compliance guidelines.
