Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a field-based sales professional responsible for developing and managing an assigned territory in the Paramus, NJ area.

You will report to the Regional Manager and drive the sales plan by delivering tailored messaging to physicians, providers, and clinic staff. In this role you will identify and cultivate relationships with key influencers, address both business and scientific needs in dialogue, and implement territory plans to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' biotech/pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Documented, proven track record of success.
• Ability to travel and possess a valid driver's license to drive to assigned healthcare accounts.
• Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop business relationships with targeted healthcare providers.
• Identify key influencers and achieve designated customer interaction expectations with a focus on top target customers.
• Understand and address both business and scientific-oriented needs of healthcare professionals by engaging in meaningful dialogue.
• Develop and implement plans for territory to meet sales goals established at the territory level.
