Job summary

Syneos Health in Paramus, NJ is seeking a results-driven pharmaceutical sales professional to join our regional team. In this role you will develop and manage an assigned territory, implement the sales plan, and deliver compelling messaging to current and prospective customers including physicians, healthcare providers and clinic personnel.

You will travel within the territory, build relationships with key influencers, and work to meet or exceed territory sales goals.

Qualifications

4+ years’ biotech/pharmaceutical sales experience.
Documented, proven track record of success.
Ability to travel and possess a valid driver’s license to drive to assigned healthcare accounts.
Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.
Experience in Immunology, biosimilars, injectables or related area.
2+ years of relevant market & therapeutic area experience.
2+ years of experience with Medical Benefit, Buy & Bill sales in the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop business relationships with targeted healthcare providers.
Identify key influencers and achieve designated customer interaction expectations with a focus on top target customers.
Understand and address both business and scientific-oriented needs of healthcare professionals by engaging in meaningful dialogue.
Develop and implement plans for territory to meet sales goals established at the territory level.
