Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a field-based sales professional in New Jersey to develop and manage an assigned territory, reporting to the Regional Manager. You will execute the sales plan, deliver messages to physicians and healthcare providers, and leverage promotional materials to drive growth within the territory.

You will identify and cultivate relationships, address business and scientific needs, and create territory plans to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 4+ years biotech/pharmaceutical sales experience
• Documented, proven track record of success
• Ability to travel and possess a valid driver's license
• Must live within territory or within territory boundaries

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop business relationships with targeted healthcare providers
• Identify key influencers and achieve designated customer interaction expectations focusing on top targets
• Engage in meaningful dialogue addressing both business and scientific needs of healthcare professionals
• Develop and implement territory plans to meet sales goals at the territory level
