Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a driven sales professional to lead territory development and management within the assigned region. You will execute the strategic plan, engage physicians, providers, and clinic staff, and leverage marketing materials to achieve sales goals.

The role requires 4+ years of biotech/pharmaceutical sales experience, a proven track record, and the ability to travel with a valid driver’s license. Residency within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years’ biotech/pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Documented, proven track record of success.
• Ability to travel and possess a valid driver’s license to drive to assigned healthcare accounts.
• Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop business relationships with targeted healthcare providers.
• Identify key influencers and achieve designated customer interaction expectations with a focus on top target customers.
• Understand and address both business and scientific-oriented needs of healthcare professionals by engaging in meaningful dialogue.
• Develop and implement plans for territory to meet sales goals established at the territory level.
