Job summary

Keenova is seeking an Immunology Sales Specialist (Upper Midwest) - Nephrology to drive growth in Minneapolis, MN with additional coverage in Des Moines, IA. The role demands strong clinical selling skills, strategic territory planning, and the ability to manage relationships with physicians and key opinion leaders.

The successful candidate will leverage deep clinical data understanding and market insight to target accounts, develop business plans, and execute programs to maximize sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years' experience required in Nephrology.
• In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, will consider either an Associate's Degree with 5+ years, or 7+ years of pharma/industry Nephrology experience.
• Current territory experience and customer knowledge are highly preferred.
• Experience selling biologics to specialty physicians in rare disease areas is a plus.
• Valid motor vehicle operator's license required.
• Local travel with some overnight stays may be required.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed territory sales and expense plans by implementing targeted strategies.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with leaders and physicians.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Keenova products and disease states.
• Develop a Territory Business Plan, plan for calls, and prepare for sales calls to meet goals.
• Develop or maintain permanent customer records and complete administrative tasks on time.
• Deliver professional sales presentations and comply with regulations and company policies.
• Attend regional and national conferences as required.
