Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and database applications.
• Ability to motivate, retain, and develop team members, including IBDs and Immunology Therapeutic Specialists.
• Proven track record in sales and leadership performance, with access/reimbursement experience a plus.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record; willing to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to Immunology Business Directors on marketing, resource allocation, and compliant spend; ensure equitable access to resources for all team members.
