Qualifications

• 7+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience, including at least 3+ years in a leadership role managing field-based teams.
• Proven success in specialty or rare disease markets.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region (up to 50%).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a multi-state sales team to achieve/exceed sales goals.
• Build and implement regional business strategies aligned with national objectives and product launch priorities.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and compliance across the sales team.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Patient Services to drive strategic execution.
• Analyze regional performance data and market dynamics to identify opportunities and optimize resources.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain top sales talent while ensuring ongoing coaching and professional development.
• Ensure all activities comply with legal and regulatory guidelines and company policies.
