Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Proven track record in sales and leadership performance.
• Ability to motivate, retain, and develop team members.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to the IBDs and ITS on the marketing, allocating, monitoring, and leveraging of internal/external resources (e.g., discretionary spend).
• Assist in developing local thought leader relationships to achieve aligned objectives.
• Conduct sales meetings to drive performance.
• Lead diverse teams and regions of responsibility to meet revenue targets.
• Develop and implement reliable, effective metrics to measure outcomes; identify and recommend changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
