The ASD will develop regional plans, coach high-performing teams, and collaborate with HQ to implement national sales strategies in a dynamic dermatology marketplace.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and database applications.
• Proven track record in sales and leadership performance.
• Ability to motivate, retain, and develop team members, including DBDs and Dermatology Therapeutic Specialists.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, with accommodations available for individuals with disabilities.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
