Job summary

Incyte Corporation seeks an Immunology Business Director to lead a field sales team of Immunology Therapeutic Specialists in the United States. You will translate brand strategy into regional priorities, coach top talent, and drive performance in a fast-paced launch environment.

You will build cross-functional partnerships with Marketing, Market Access, and Medical Affairs while navigating payer dynamics and ensuring patient access across networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proven people-leadership experience with coaching and development; first-line leadership preferred.
• Experience in competitive specialty markets and/or systemic, injectable biologic, or oral JAK therapies.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop, and inspire a team of Immunology Therapeutic Specialists.
• Translate national brand strategy into regional priorities, plans, and field execution.
• Analyze market and performance data to identify opportunities and drive results.
• Navigate payer, reimbursement, access, and fulfillment dynamics with Market Access colleagues.
• Develop local market strategies to support awareness, adoption, and appropriate utilization.
