Travel up to 50% is required in a remote-capable setup. Responsibilities include leading a regional team, aligning payer strategies, and partnering cross-functionally to propel launches and growth while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with 10+ years in sales/marketing or managed care in pharma.
• Minimum 3 years of people management experience.
• 3+ years building and managing customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing regional team to execute engagement strategies and achieve objectives.
• Own the customer portfolio and ensure accurate, trusted communications across touchpoints.
