Job summary

Merck & Co., Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Director for the East US Immunology Sales organization.

This field-based leadership role recruits, develops, and manages District Managers and field reps to drive growth and access across the Northeast region. Travel up to 50% is required as you lead omnichannel strategies, build strategic plans, and partner cross-functionally to achieve launch and growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required in a relevant field.
• Minimum 10 years in sales, marketing, or managed care within pharma.
• At least 3 years of people management experience.
• Experience building regional strategic plans and omnichannel strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing regional team.
• Own the customer portfolio and experience across touchpoints.
• Build relationships with senior leaders and thought leaders.
• Align plans with payer and access strategies to optimize reimbursement.
