Job summary

Incyte Corporation seeks an Immunology Therapeutic Specialist to drive performance in a complex specialty environment by building trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, delivering education, and executing a strategic territory plan.

You will partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Patient Services to support patient access, stay current on disease state and guidelines, and navigate reimbursement while maintaining the highest integrity.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in life sciences or related field.
Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech sales or related healthcare.
Experience in dermatology or immunology is preferred.
Ability to communicate complex scientific information clearly.
Proven success in a matrixed organization.
Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
Willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan.
Build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
Educate customers on disease state, data, product benefits, and use of therapies.
Identify and engage key accounts across the territory.
Maintain knowledge of disease state and evolving guidelines.
Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Patient Services.
Navigate patient access and reimbursement considerations.
Operate with integrity and comply with company policies.
