Job summary

Incyte is seeking an Immunology Therapeutic Specialist to drive performance in a Seattle-based territory. You will develop a strategic plan, educate healthcare professionals, and collaborate across Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Patient Services to optimize patient access and education.

The role requires strong clinical acumen, excellent communication, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Travel within the assigned territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; life sciences background preferred.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or specialty sales.
• Knowledge of dermatology, immunology, or complex specialty markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan to achieve goals.
• Build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
• Educate customers on disease state, data, benefits, and proper use of therapies.
• Identify, prioritize, and engage key accounts within the territory.
• Maintain deep knowledge of disease state, treatment landscape, and guidelines.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Patient Services.
• Navigate patient access and reimbursement considerations in a complex market.
