Job summary

Incyte is seeking an Immunology Therapeutic Specialist to drive performance in a dynamic specialty territory, delivering clinically relevant education to healthcare professionals and stakeholders.

You will develop strategic plans, build trusted relationships, stay current on disease state and treatment guidelines, and collaborate across Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Patient Services to support patient access and education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in life sciences or related field.
• Proven success in pharmaceutical/biotech sales or related healthcare environment.
• Experience in immunology or dermatology/specialty biologics is strongly preferred.
• Ability to communicate complex scientific information clearly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan to achieve performance goals.
• Build meaningful relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
• Educate customers on disease state, clinical data, product benefits, and appropriate use of Incyte therapies.
• Identify and engage key accounts and stakeholders across the territory.
• Maintain deep knowledge of disease state, treatment landscape, and evolving guidelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Patient Services to support customers and patients.
• Navigate patient access and reimbursement considerations within a complex specialty market.
