Job summary

Incyte Corporation is seeking an Immunology Therapeutic Specialist to drive performance in a defined US territory. You will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, deliver clinically relevant education, and execute a strategic business plan to improve patient access and outcomes.

You will collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Patient Services to support customers and patients while navigating a complex reimbursement landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in life sciences or related field.
• Pharmaceutical/biotech or specialty sales experience is preferred.
• Experience in dermatology, immunology, or complex specialty markets is preferred.
• Strong clinical acumen to communicate complex scientific information.
• Proven success in selling within a matrixed organization.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan to achieve goals.
• Build meaningful relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
• Educate customers on disease state, data, product benefits, and appropriate use of Incyte therapies.
• Identify and engage key accounts across the territory.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of disease state and treatment landscape.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Services, and other teams.
• Navigate patient access and reimbursement considerations in a complex market.
• Operate with integrity and adherence to company policies.
