Job summary

You will partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Patient Services to support patient access and education while navigating complex reimbursement. A life sciences degree and pharma sales experience are preferred, with travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; life sciences preferred.
• Proven success in pharmaceutical, biotech, or specialty sales.
• Experience in dermatology or immunology is preferred.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to explain complex data.
• Experience selling in matrixed organizations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan to meet goals.
• Build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
• Educate customers on disease state, data, product benefits, and usage.
• Identify key accounts and prioritize engagement across the territory.
• Maintain knowledge of disease state, treatment landscape, guidelines.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Services, and others.
• Navigate patient access and reimbursement in a complex market.
• Conduct activities with integrity and in compliance with policy.
