Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; MS/MBA/PhD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of district strategy and a coordinated district business plan.
• Drive district performance across Immunology portfolio with patient-focused execution.
• Directly supervise Sales Specialists, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and compensation.
• Provide field-based and virtual coaching to strengthen selling and clinical execution.
• Drive demand generation leadership across multiple settings and local communities.
