Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a District Manager, Immunology Primary Care to lead the Rocky Mountains district spanning AZ, NM, NV, CO, UT, WY, OR, and WA. The role oversees district strategy, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration to improve patient access and outcomes.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree, 6+ years in pharmaceutical sales or related roles, and up to 50% travel. relocation to the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MS/MBA/PhD preferred.
• Must live in the geography or be willing to relocate to the geography.
• Travel up to 50%, including overnight and weekend travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of customer-driven district strategy and a coordinated district business plan aligned with priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Drive district performance across the Immunology portfolio, including ICOTYDE, with customer-focused execution for patients and business needs.
• Directly supervise Sales Specialists within the district, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and compensation alignment.
• Provide field-based and virtual coaching to strengthen selling effectiveness and clinical execution using approved resources.
• Drive demand generation leadership across multiple settings and lead care transitions within local community hospitals as applicable.
• Maintain expert knowledge of approved clinical information and coach the team to apply guidelines in customer interactions.
• Analyze district performance, market dynamics, and inputs to identify gaps and convert insights into priorities and actions.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales leadership, Medical Affairs, and Marketing for coordinated execution and improved customer experience.
• Set clear expectations for performance, address gaps, and reinforce accountability, inclusion, and team effectiveness.
• Adhere to healthcare compliance policies and guidelines while modeling a strong compliance mindset.
