Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a District Manager, Immunology Primary Care to be based in the Rocky Mountains territory. The role covers AZ, NM, NV, CO, UT, WY, OR, WA with travel up to 50% and leadership over Sales Specialists.

You will develop district strategy, coach teams, and partner with cross-functional leaders to drive immunology portfolio performance and ensure compliant, patient-focused execution.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree required; MS/MBA/PhD preferred.
• A valid driver’s license issued in one of the United States.
• Travel up to 50% including overnight and weekend travel.
• Must live in the geography or be willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of district strategy with measurable outcomes.
• Drive district performance across the Immunology portfolio and support team.
• Directly supervise Sales Specialists including onboarding and performance management.
• Coach field teams to strengthen selling effectiveness and territory planning.
• Collaborate with Sales, Medical Affairs, and Marketing for coordinated execution.
