Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a District Manager, Immunology Primary Care to lead the Rocky Mountains district (AZ, NM, NV, CO, UT, WY, OR, WA). This role drives immunology portfolio performance and coachs a team of Sales Specialists to deliver patient-focused outcomes.

You will partner with Sales, Medical Affairs, and Marketing to execute district plans, develop talent, and ensure compliant, high-impact customer engagements across multiple settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional district teams in pharma or healthcare.
• Strong coaching and development skills with measurable results.
• Data-driven thinker with ability to translate insights into actions.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and relocate if needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of district strategy aligned to priorities.
• Drive district performance across Immunology portfolio and ensure execution.
• Supervise Sales Specialists including hiring and performance reviews.
• Provide field coaching to strengthen selling and clinical execution.
• Lead demand generation and care transitions with local hospitals.
• Maintain current clinical knowledge and coach teams on guidelines.
• Analyze district performance and translate insights into actions.
• Partner with Sales, Medical Affairs and Marketing for coordinated execution.
• Set expectations, address gaps, and foster accountability and inclusion.
