Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting a District Manager, Immunology Primary Care for the Rocky Mountains district (AZ, NM, NV, CO, UT, WY, OR, WA). The role focuses on district strategy, coaching, and cross-functional execution to drive patient outcomes.

You will hire and develop Sales Specialists, manage performance, and collaborate with Medical Affairs and Marketing to execute customer-centric plans while ensuring compliance across the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in pharma/biotech sales or cross-functional roles.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage districts.
• Strong coaching and feedback skills.
• Data-driven decision making and territory planning.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and relocate if needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of district strategy and a coordinated business plan with measurable outcomes.
• Drive district performance for Immunology portfolio and customer-focused execution.
• Directly supervise Sales Specialists, including hiring, onboarding and performance management.
• Provide field-based and virtual coaching to strengthen selling effectiveness.
• Lead demand generation and care transitions in local hospitals as applicable.
• Maintain expert knowledge of clinical guidelines and coach teams to apply them.
• Analyze district performance and market dynamics to identify gaps and priorities.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Medical Affairs, and Marketing for coordinated execution.
• Set expectations for performance and reinforce accountability and compliance.
