Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is searching for a District Manager, Immunology Primary Care to lead the Rocky Mountain district across AZ, NM, NV, CO, UT, WY, OR, and WA. The role drives district strategy, customer-focused execution, and cross-functional collaboration with Immunology teams.

You will supervise Sales Specialists, coach field teams, and partner with Medical Affairs and Marketing to optimize patient outcomes while upholding our Credo values and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MS/MBA/PhD preferred.
• Valid driver’s license in one of the fifty United States.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% (overnight/weekend travel).

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of district strategy and a coordinated district business plan.
• Drive district performance across the Immunology portfolio with customer-focused execution.
• Directly supervise Sales Specialists, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
• Provide field-based coaching to strengthen selling effectiveness and clinical execution.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales leadership, Medical Affairs, and Marketing.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and maintain AI-enabled tools alignment.
