Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a District Manager, Immunology Primary Care for the Rocky Mountains territory (Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Oregon, Washington). Lead a district, coach a sales team, and coordinate cross‑functional efforts to drive immunology growth.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, performance management, and compliant field execution in a dynamic, patient‑centered environment across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees preferred.
• 6+ years in sales/commercial roles in pharma/biotech/healthcare.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Must live in the geography and/or be willing to relocate.
• Experience leading teams and coaching.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools with privacy and compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute district strategy and a coordinated district business plan.
• Drive district performance across Immunology portfolio and deliver patient-focused outcomes.
• Directly supervise Sales Specialists including hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
• Provide field coaching and territory planning to strengthen selling effectiveness.
• Lead demand generation and care transitions within local hospitals as applicable.
• Maintain expert knowledge of approved clinical information and guidelines.
