Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting a District Manager, Immunology Primary Care to lead the Rocky Mountains district and drive district strategy, execution, and patient-focused outcomes. This role covers Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Oregon, and Washington.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MS/MBA/PhD preferred.
• Valid driver's license issued in one of the 50 U.S. states.
• Travel up to 50% including overnight/weekend travel.
• Willingness to relocate to the geography or reside in territory.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of district strategy and a district business plan.
• Drive district performance across Immunology portfolio and execute customer-focused plans.
• Directly supervise Sales Specialists, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
• Provide field- and virtual coaching to strengthen selling and clinical execution.
• Lead demand generation and care transitions within local hospitals as applicable.
• Maintain expert knowledge of approved clinical information and guidelines.
• Analyze district performance and market dynamics to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Medical Affairs, and Marketing for coordinated execution.
• Model accountability and compliance while developing team capabilities.
