• Design, develop and validate immunology cell-based functional assays to generate preclinical data.
• Investigate mechanisms of action of biologics and small molecules.
• Perform assays using cytokine measurements, flow cytometry and protein analyses.
• Isolate, purify and culture lymphocytes from human, monkey and mouse.
• Present data and troubleshoot experiments with independence.
