Qualifications include a Master’s in Immunology or related field with 3+ years industry experience; experience with ELISA, MSD, HTRF, FlowJo, and Western blot; US work authorization required; visa sponsorship not provided. Benefits included.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Immunology, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, or related discipline with 3+ years of industry research experience; or Bachelor's with 5+ years.
Experience with immunoassays (ELISA, MSD, HTRF), multi-color flow cytometry, and protein detection methods such as Western blotting.
Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Lilly will not provide sponsorship for work authorization or visas.

Responsibilities

Execute primary human immune cell experiments across multiple projects under project lead.
Design and run multiparameter flow cytometry and assays to interrogate target biology, including panel design and analysis.
Deliver decision-grade data with rigorous controls; troubleshoot and surface limitations proactively.
Communicate results through summaries, figures, and disciplined experimental records.
