Lilly is seeking a Principal Biologist to drive hands-on immune cell work and generate decision-grade data. You will perform experiments on primary human immune cells and contribute bench expertise in T cell biology.

You will design multiparameter flow cytometry and complementary assays, deliver clear results, and maintain rigorous experimental records to support project goals. A strong communication style is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Immunology, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, or related field with 3+ years of industry research; or Bachelor’s with 5+ years.
• Experience with immunoassays (ELISA, MSD, HTRF), multi-color flow cytometry and protein detection methods such as Western blotting.
• US work authorization required; Lilly will not sponsor visas.

• Execute primary human immune cell experiments across multiple projects under project lead.
• Design and run multiparameter flow cytometry and related assays to interrogate target biology.
