Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Molecular Genetics and Immunology with 8–10 years in drug development.
• Experience leading teams and mentoring across matrixed organizations.
• Proven ability to generate data packages for mechanism-of-action confidence.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end strategy for new target validation in immunology.
• Guide translational readiness and target nomination across projects.
• Lead cross-functional discovery teams and communicate plans to senior management.
• Develop and train biologists in assay design and molecular biology concepts.
