Qualifications

• PhD or MD with 7+ years in Immunology; autoimmune R&D or translational medicine strongly preferred.
• MS with 10+ years of experience in Immunology-related work.
• BS with 14+ years of experience in Immunology or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape integrated biomarker strategies across discovery, early- and late-stage programs with clear hypotheses and endpoints.
• Serve as biomarker strategy lead in cross-functional program teams and governance forums.
• Inform portfolio strategy by advancing biomarker-driven insights for target validation and patient selection.
• Translate disease biology and mechanism into clinically actionable biomarker strategies addressing biology and endpoints.
• Drive selection and application of innovative biomarker approaches aligned with clinical utility.
