Responsibilities
- Develop and lead integrated biomarker strategies across oncology and hematology programs with cross-functional teams.
- Translate biology into hypotheses and fit-for-purpose biomarker approaches.
- Define biomarker questions for biology proof, target engagement, dose decisions, and patient selection.
- Lead interpretation of biomarker and clinical data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Mentor biomarker scientists and contribute to a collaborative biomarker organization.
