The role requires deep immunology expertise, data-driven decision making, and strong cross-functional leadership to connect biology, pharmacodynamics, and clinical endpoints while guiding program teams and external scientific engagement.

Qualifications

• PhD or MD in Immunology with 7+ years in Immunology; MS with 10+ years; BS with 14+ years.
• Autoimmune Diseases R&D and translational medicine experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead matrixed teams and inform clinical development decisions.

Responsabilités

• Lead and shape integrated biomarker strategies across programs.
• Collaborate across disciplines and governance forums to align strategies.
