- Proven ability to lead matrixed teams and drive biomarker strategies for clinical development.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Lead and shape integrated biomarker strategies across programs with clear hypotheses and endpoints.
- Serve as biomarker strategy lead in cross-functional program teams and governance forums.
